Experience: 5+ years of web development experience, with extensive proficiency in Webflow.

Tools Knowledge: Deep experience with Webflow

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead development projects and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

AI & Automation Tools: Advanced knowledge of AI tools, Make.com, and API integrations.

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.

Creative Direction: Drive the creative and technical direction for large-scale projects.

Project Leadership: Manage multiple web development projects, ensuring high quality delivery.

Team Leadership: Mentor and review work of junior and mid-level developers.

AI & API Integration: Lead integration of AI tools and build complex automation flows with Make.com.

Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients on technical requirements and solutions.
