Senior Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and web services
• Optimize SQL queries and database structures for performance and scalability.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Ensure security, data protection, and best practices in backend architecture.
• Work with caching, logging, and queue systems for performance tuning.
• Reporting to the manager/team leader on a regular basis.
• Required Skills:
• Deep understanding of OOPs, MVC pattern, components, modules, behaviors, and extensions
• Strong command of MySQL, indexes, joins, stored procedures, and query optimization
• Basic understanding of front-end/UI technologies(HTML, CSS, JS, etc)
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and versioning
• Understanding caching, queues, background jobs, and scaling strategies
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX.
• Backend: PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter) or ASP.NET (C#, MVC).
• Database: MySQL / SQL Server.
• CMS: WordPress / Custom CMS (experience in plugin or theme customization preferred).
• APIs: RESTful API integration and development.
• Tools & Platforms: Git, VS Code, cPanel, or cloud-based hosting platforms.
• Other Skills: Cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, SEO-friendly coding practices.
• php yii2 framework added advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience working in SaaS / ERP / product-based or web agency environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development, Jira / Trello, and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹9,893.83 - ₹34,917.88 per month
