About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer experienced in WordPress and Shopify who is ready to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will not only deliver high-quality websites but also mentor, manage, and grow a small team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites.

Convert Figma or XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect layouts.

Implement custom themes, plugins, and third-party integrations.

Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring best coding and design practices.

Collaborate closely with designers, content managers, and backend teams.

Manage timelines, review team deliverables, and ensure quality output.

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in WordPress and Shopify development.

Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience with Liquid, PHP, and theme customization.

Familiarity with Shopify APIs, WooCommerce, and modern front-end tools.

Excellent understanding of website performance optimization.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Leadership mindset — willing to train, guide, and inspire others.

Nice to Have:

Experience with ReactJS, TailwindCSS, or modern JS frameworks.

Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.

Basic Git knowledge and experience with deployment workflows.
