Job Description

Join Havertys Team as the Senior Website Manager. In this strategic leadership role, you will report to the SVP of Marketing & Digital and lead the website strategy for Havertys.com. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing the brand’s online presence through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Location
: Position works from the Havertys Home Office located at 780 Johnson Ferry Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 four days per week with an optional, one day work from home.
Salary is $90k - $105k based on experience plus bonus and equity eligible.


This is Your Opportunity to
:

  • Work with SVP of Marketing & Digital, orchestrate strategic planning and development website marketing strategy to support marketing initiatives to help achieve company goals, introduce new products and store openings.
  • Using insights from website analytics work with creative team and website content manager to lead the curation of impactful, SEO-friendly web content.
  • Develop website KPIs and analyze performance to identify patterns, opportunities to measure website effectiveness and guide optimization recommendations.
  • Develop personalization strategy and oversee execution for Havertys.com to enhance user experience and drive key business metrics.
  • Using digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates), collaborate with marketing and creative team members to assist in the development and optimization of landing pages to help improve paid media efficiency.
  • Oversee website manager in the management and optimization of online reviews and location services.
  • Partner with IT Product Owner to prioritize the backlog of development work, such as new features, bug fixes, site performance and accessibility.
  • Design and structure marketing A/B tests and work with teams to execute and analyze:
  • Test and learn plan for Havertys.com
  • Testing plan for paid digital landing page experiences
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional partners

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

7+ years experience as a website manager or similar role

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target
  • Strong understanding of user experience best practices, SEO, SEM, and website analytics
  • Experience designing, implementing and measuring A/B test
  • Ability to develop and share insights around key consumer segments, campaigns and other digital touchpoints
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate and consult with multiple departments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey insights and recommendations to broad teams
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager and SEMrush a plus
  • Familiarity with basic web development strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related field


Work Environment:

  • Clean, professional corporate office environment located at 780 Johnson Ferry Rd. SE near Sandy Springs/Dunwoody, GA.
  • Work on-site Monday through Friday, with the flexibility of one remote workday per week.


Physical Demands:

  • This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, frequent use of a computer and phone, visual acuity for reading screens and printed materials, and proficiency with computer accessories. Clear verbal and written communication is essential.
