Senior Wet Utility Engineer

• Led planning, design, and delivery of water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and fire water systems for municipal and land development projects valued up to $150M
• Prepared and reviewed utility plans, profiles, specifications, and engineer’s cost estimates in compliance with local and state standards
• Performed hydraulic modeling and capacity analysis for water distribution and stormwater systems to support system sizing and permitting
• Coordinated wet utility design with roadway, grading, structural, and dry utility disciplines to resolve conflicts and improve constructability
• Managed utility agency coordination, permitting, and approval processes with city, county, and utility providers
• Provided technical oversight, QA/QC, and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
• Supported construction through RFI responses, submittal reviews, field observations, and issue resolution
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in wet utility design (water, sewer, storm drainage)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or similar design software
• Strong understanding of utility hydraulics and infrastructure systems
• Ability to read and interpret utility records and construction plans
