About The Role

We are hiring a part-time ARCH/CIVIL BIM Engineer to join our growing team based in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing architectural and civil BIM models at LOD 500 (Level of Detail 500), ensuring precision, consistency, and constructability throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models in Revit with LOD 500 specifications
• Create and coordinate civil BIM models at full level of detail
• Ensure architectural and civil model integration with proper clash detection and resolution
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and drawings from BIM models
• Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM best practices and standards
• Participate in model quality assurance and validation processes

What We are Looking For:

• Proven experience working with BIM models at LOD 500 in both architectural and civil disciplines
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (Architecture and Civil 3D modules)
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and level of detail specifications
• Experience with clash detection tools (Navisworks or similar)
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Based in or able to work from Egypt

Assessment Process

All candidates will be required to complete a BIM model exercise as part of the selection process. This exercise will test your capabilities in:

• Architectural and civil model development
• LOD 500 accuracy and detailing
• Model coordination and integration
• Understanding of constructability principles
• Adherence to BIM standards and best practices

The exercise is designed to assess your technical proficiency and approach to complex BIM coordination tasks. If DahaBIM decides to move forward with your candidacy, the exercise will be paid in full.
