Senior WordPress & AdSense SEO Specialist (Onsite – Full Time)

We are hiring a highly experienced, self-driven professional who can build, manage, and grow a content-based WordPress website from day one — with proven expertise in Google AdSense–compliant content creation, advanced SEO, and organic traffic growth.

Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)

1. WordPress Development & Management

• Develop and manage the website using WordPress (Kadence theme preferred)
• Create scalable, SEO-friendly page structures and templates
• Optimize performance, security, backups, and site health
• Select and implement automation plugins responsibly (no policy violations)

2. Google AdSense–Focused Content Strategy

• Create and structure content strictly aligned with Google AdSense policies
• Ensure originality, quality, E-E-A-T compliance, and content depth
• Maintain clean site architecture suitable for AdSense approval and scaling
• Optimize user engagement (time on site, bounce rate, internal navigation)

3. Advanced SEO (Primary Skill Requirement)

• Execute deep on-page SEO (content optimization, schema, internal linking, CWV)
• Handle technical SEO (indexing, crawl issues, Search Console fixes)
• Implement off-page SEO strategies for authority and organic growth
• Perform keyword research and content planning for long-term traffic
• Track and improve rankings, impressions, and organic CTR

4. Website Monetization & Growth

• Prepare, manage, and optimize Google AdSense monetization
• Improve RPM without harming UX
• Monitor income performance and traffic correlations
• Work toward continuous revenue growth

5. Independence Management.

• Fully handle the website operations without senior guidance.
• Maintain regular content updates and accuracy
• Plan, execute, measure, and improve independently
• Take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks

Required Experience (Strict Criteria)

Candidates must have:

• Proven experience in WordPress website development
• Hands-on success with Google AdSense approval and earnings
• Strong, practical experience in SEO that increases organic traffic
• Experience managing content-driven websites
• Ability to start working independently from day one
