Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, with strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO best practices.
• Lead technical planning, architecture design, and implementation of complex projects.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver pixel-perfect and functional websites.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other services as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency in custom theme and plugin development.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with website hosting, DNS, cPanel, and server management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce and other major WordPress plugins.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
