Senior/Lead HVAC Design Engineer – LNG Buildings Project

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead HVAC Design Engineer to join our team on a major LNG Buildings Project. The role is suited to a senior professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive Oil & Gas EPC experience, particularly within ADNOC projects.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized university in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of professional experience in HVAC design, including developing and leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with proven ADNOC project experience.
• Demonstrated exposure to large international companies and mega projects, supported by service certificates.
• Full familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and procedures (mandatory).
• Strong command of HVAC design and calculation tools and relevant engineering software.
• Extensive experience in procurement support, including preparation of scope of works, technical evaluations, datasheets, and related documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems (and/or Plumbing/Firefighting systems) across the entire project lifecycle:
• Concept and detailed design
• Procurement
• Construction support
• Testing, commissioning, and handover
• Proven professional attitude with the ability to lead, coordinate, and interface effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HVAC design activities for LNG building facilities.
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Support procurement, construction, and commissioning phases as required.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance within the design team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
