Senior/Lead React Native Engineer

• Architecture & Framework
  • Define and implement scalable architecture patterns for React Native.
  • Establish strategies for over-the-air (OTA) updates to streamline app delivery.
• Code Quality & Testing
  • Set up and maintain a unit testing framework (e.g., Jest, Detox, RN Testing Library).
  • Enforce linting, static analysis, and code review processes to raise overall code quality.
• CI/CD & Deployment
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Optimize release workflows to deliver fast and reliable builds for iOS and Android.
• Analytics & Event Tracking
  • Verify that event funnels and user interactions are captured correctly.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure accurate data collection.
• Performance Optimization
  • Improve application performance, including rendering, load times, and memory usage.
  • Apply build optimizations for scalable, production-grade delivery.
• Leadership & Mentorship
  • Provide technical leadership to the mobile team.
  • Introduce best practices and guide the team in building sustainable solutions.

• 5+ years of professional experience in React Native building production-grade apps.
• Strong expertise in Xcode, Android Studio, native build tools, and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Bitrise, CircleCI).
• Solid knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, RN Testing Library).
• Proven ability to design scalable architecture and improve code quality.
• Strong understanding of analytics and event tracking tools — including Google Events, Meta Events, and Sentry (for app analytics).
• Familiarity with OTA update solutions for React Native.
• Experience with TypeScript in React Native projects.
• Strong understanding of analytics and event tracking tools.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively.

• Knowledge of mobile app security, offline-first approaches, and data synchronization.
