Senior/Principal Automation Engineer - SQA

About the Role:
We are seeking Senior/Principal Automation Engineers - SQA who are passionate about driving innovation in software testing. In this role, you’ll develop, maintain, and execute advanced automation scripts, leverage BDD frameworks, and ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on BDD model and develop feature files in Gherkin.
• Develop automated test scripts for new sprint features and regression flows.
• Maintain complete automation scripts and ensure quality execution.
• Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA.
• Perform manual testing when required.
• Execute automated flows on QA, UAT, and Production servers.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Automation Life Cycle.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in software test automation.
• Expertise in BDD, Cucumber, and automation frameworks.
• Solid experience with SQL queries, Java or Groovy, and CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket, SVN, Jenkins.
• Ability to create and maintain automation test plans and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
