The Senior Manager– Human Resources (Learning, Development and Engagement) will play a pivotal role in contributing to HelpAge India's talent strategy by fostering a culture of continuous learning, employee growth, and meaningful engagement. This role will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, drive performance, and strengthen organisational commitment.
