Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
  • Utilize content marketing techniques to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Implement search engine marketing strategies to improve website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Analyze Twitter analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize future strategies.
  • Leverage Sprinklr and Hootsuite for efficient social media management and monitoring.
  • Utilize WhatsApp Facebook and LinkedIn to engage with audiences and build strong community relationships.
  • Optimize digital campaigns using DV360 and SA360 to maximize reach and impact.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis using SEMrush and Google Trends to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor online presence and brand reputation with Meltwater and Google Search Console.
  • Execute campaigns using Unica and enhance customer interactions with Genesys Web Engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in social media marketing content marketing and search engine marketing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Twitter Analytics Sprinklr and Hootsuite for campaign management.
  • Have expertise in platforms like Facebook LinkedIn DV360 and SA360 for digital marketing.
  • Show capability in using SEMrush Google Trends and Meltwater for market analysis.
  • Experience with Unica campaign execution and Genesys Web Engagement is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console and Hubspot Social is a plus.
