We are looking for a self-driven SEO & AEO Executive who can work independently without a marketing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and be capable of managing end-to-end organic growth using AI tools as well as traditional and advanced SEO techniques.
This role requires a continuous self-learner who stays updated with 2026 search trends, including AI-powered search engines, featured snippets, voice search, and conversational queries, while still executing core SEO fundamentals effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & AEO Execution
- Plan and execute a complete SEO and AEO strategy independently.
- Conduct keyword and query research (informational, transactional, conversational, and voice-based).
- Optimize content for:
- Google Search
- Featured Snippets
- People Also Ask (PAA)
- Voice Search & AI Answer Engines
- Implement entity-based SEO, schema markup, and topical authority models.
AI Tools & Traditional SEO
- Use AI tools for:
- Keyword clustering
- Content ideation and optimization
- SERP and intent analysis
- Apply manual and traditional SEO practices including:
- On-page optimization
- Technical SEO
- Off-page SEO & link building
- Internal linking and site structure optimization
Content & Optimization
- Generate SEO & AEO-driven content ideas and optimize existing pages.
- Ensure content aligns with search intent, user experience, and AI-readable formats.
- Optimize metadata, headings, schema, and page layout for better visibility and answers.
Technical SEO & Website Improvements
- Work with developers or independently implement:
- Core Web Vitals improvements
- Mobile-first optimization
- Crawlability, indexing, and site speed enhancements
- Recommend and execute changes to:
- Website architecture
- URL structure
- Internal linking
Analytics, Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Build SEO & AEO performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio (Data Studio).
- Track rankings, impressions, traffic, featured snippets, and conversions.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive with exposure to AEO / Answer Engine Optimization.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of organic growth.
- Strong self-learning mindset and curiosity for evolving search technologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- AEO, schema, featured snippets, and voice search
- GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Google Looker Studio
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
