Role Overview
This isn't your average SEO role. We are looking for a forward-thinking specialist who understands that "search" now happens on Google, App Stores, and AI Chatbots. You will be responsible for ensuring our ventures are visible, credible, and top-ranked across all digital discovery platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Traditional SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Execute full-scale technical audits and on-page/off-page strategies for web platforms.
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent commercial queries.
- Monitor site health and performance via Google Search Console and GA4.
2. ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Optimize mobile app listings for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Manage App Title, Subtitle, Description, and Keyword fields to increase organic downloads.
- Analyze conversion rates of app screenshots and creative assets to improve "click-to-install" ratios.
3. AGEO (AI-Generated Experience Optimization)
- Optimize content to be cited by AI Answer Engines (e.g., SearchGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT).
- Implement advanced schema markup and structured data to help AI models parse information accurately.
- Focus on "conversational SEO" by targeting long-tail, natural language queries.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing with a focus on search algorithms.
- Technical Versatility: Proven experience managing both web SEO and mobile ASO.
- Modern Mindset: A strong understanding of how LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI search engines impact brand visibility.
- Toolbox: Proficiency with Ahrefs/SEMrush, AppTweak/Sensor Tower, and Google Search Console.
- Copywriting: Ability to write compelling, keyword-rich metadata for both humans and algorithms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize data from multiple platforms into a single growth report.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
