SEO & AI Automation Specialist

Location: Onsite — Bahria Town, Lahore

The Role

You will own the entire SEO execution process from technical audits to content optimization to link building, using the latest AI tools and automation workflows to move faster than traditional SEO teams.

What You Will Do

• Identify and rank low-to-medium difficulty keywords within 2 to 4 weeks using smart targeting and rapid execution strategies
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer SEO, Jasper, Frase and others to scale on-page optimization, content creation, and internal linking
• Build and execute modern backlink strategies including digital PR, HARO/Connectively, niche edits, guest posting, and AI-assisted outreach at scale
• Automate repetitive SEO tasks including meta tag optimization, schema markup generation, content briefs, and audit reporting
• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture issues
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions while delivering clear performance reports to the team
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search including SGE and AI Overviews, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) trends
• Collaborate with our Google Ads and content teams to align paid and organic strategies

Must Have Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results
• Strong experience using AI tools to accelerate SEO workflows including content generation, automation, and data analysis
• Deep understanding of current backlink acquisition strategies, not outdated PBN or spammy tactics
• Ability to perform keyword research, identify quick-win opportunities, and execute rapidly
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
• Knowledge of programmatic and automated SEO techniques such as auto-generating optimized pages and bulk on-page updates
• Understanding of how AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews pull and cite content

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or automation platforms like Make or Zapier for SEO workflows
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
• Experience managing SEO for multiple clients simultaneously in an agency setting
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
