Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Analyst with strong communication skills to develop and implement effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and content marketing, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and business leads for assigned clients.
  • Implement the latest on-page, off-page, and content marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with SEO leads and reporting managers to support SEO-related requests.
  • Create SEO proposals for clients that align with their business goals, industry trends, and search engine algorithms.
  • Perform SEO audits, content audits, and technical SEO analysis, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop strategies to improve traffic and rankings.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages with targeted keywords, including creating meta tags, H1 tags, canonical tags, etc.
  • Work closely with content, design, social media, PPC, and management teams on SEO initiatives.
  • Execute outreach-based link-building strategies (e.g., guest blogging, email outreach) and coordinate with internal/external teams for content and placements.
  • Prepare and maintain SEO reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business.
  • Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking goals and events, coordinating with analytics teams as needed.
  • Report regularly to SEO leads and management on traffic improvements, KPIs, and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine updates, and integrated marketing practices, applying them to client projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven SEO experience
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building
  • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager for goal/event tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred
