SEO Analyst
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility. You will collaborate closely with content, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure all digital initiatives align with SEO best practices and overall business objectives.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Perform keyword research and map keywords to target pages
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking
- Create SEO briefs for content writers and ensure keyword integration
- Conduct content gap and competitor analysis
- Perform site audits to identify and resolve technical issues (crawlability, indexing, speed, sitemaps)
- Coordinate with developers to fix Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and URL structure
- Monitor Google Search Console for coverage and performance issues
- Implement white-hat link-building strategies
- Analyze backlinks and outreach opportunities
- Manage citations, directories, and brand mentions
- Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion performance
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc. to generate insights
- Coordinate with marketing and development teams to execute SEO strategies
- Work on localized SEO where relevant (e.g., UAE, GCC, global markets)
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities, threats, and best practices.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with growth recommendations
- Stay updated with algorithm updates and SEO best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush) is a plus.
- 2+ years proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page & technical)
- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors & search algorithms
- Hands on experience with SEO tools:
- Google Analytics, Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz
- Screaming Frog / Site Audit tools
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & website structure
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have (Optional)
- Experience in local SEO or international SEO
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager & Data Studio
- Exposure to content strategy or PPC campaigns
- Understanding of schema markup and Core Web Vitals
COMPENSATION
The selected candidate shall be entitled to an all inclusive monthly compensation in the range of ₹25,000 to ₹35000 (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees to Thirty Five Thousand Rupees Only), which constitutes the Cost to Company (CTC). This compensation provides financial support while offering an opportunity to gain practical skills and professional exposure in a dynamic work environment.
