ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

1–2 years of experience in SEO analytics, performance reporting, or digital marketing data analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Familiarity with SEO concepts, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms

Understanding of key SEO metrics and KPIs
TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL / LEADERSHIP SKILLS REQUIRED

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
-
Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization skills (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI)
-
Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and SEO tracking implementations is a plus
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field

SEO or Analytics certifications (Google Analytics, SEMrush Academy, etc.) preferred
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Gather, process, and analyze SEO data from multiple sources (e.g. GA/GA4, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, etc.)

Track, measure, and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and other SEO KPIs
-
Develop and maintain regular performance dashboards and reporting templates for global stakeholders
-
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in search performance data
-
Support SEO audits through data extraction and quantitative analysis
-
Conduct competitor benchmarking and share insights on market visibility and performance
-
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategy optimization and business goals
-
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms
-
Collaborate with the SEO Ops Executive to translate analytical findings into actionable

Maintain awareness of new SEO tools, metrics, and analytics best practices
