We are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst with strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and campaign setup. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency, managing SEO techniques, backlink strategies, and paid ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, and site architecture.
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, header tags, image alt attributes, and keyword placement.
- Implement schema markup (structured data) for better search visibility.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile responsiveness for SEO compliance.
- Ensure SEO-friendly URL structure and optimized internal linking strategy.
- Work with content writers to ensure keyword-rich content, LSI variations, and improved readability.
- Optimize blog posts, product pages, and landing pages for targeted keywords.
- Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt for efficient crawling and indexing.
Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Manage backlink acquisition campaigns, including blogger outreach, guest posting, and PR submissions.
- Submit websites to relevant directories, forums, and industry listings.
- Leverage content marketing, infographics, and digital PR for natural link earning.
- Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks that may harm rankings.
- Build relationships with influencers, journalists, and bloggers for SEO outreach.
- Promote content through social bookmarking, niche communities, and Q&A platforms.
Ads & Campaign Setup
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and Social Media Ads campaigns.
- Research keywords for PPC campaigns and write ad copy with high CTR potential.
- Monitor performance daily, optimize targeting, and track conversions to improve CPA and ROAS.
- Generate performance reports and implement A/B Testing strategies for better results.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track SEO results using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and other tools.
- Measure campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO tools, and paid advertising trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of SEO and Ads management experience (preferably agency background).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Hands-on experience in backlink building, outreach, and content-driven SEO strategies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Preferred Background
- Candidates with prior digital marketing agency experience handling multiple projects simultaneously will be preferred.
- Proven track record of improving rankings, growing organic traffic, and managing ad budgets effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to execute SEO-driven campaigns.
