Shifttocloud Software India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with 2+ years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that communicates complex technical information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. You will work closely with editors, designers, and marketing strategists to develop impactful content across multiple platforms, aligned with our brand voice and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative content ideas and strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to develop original and valuable content.
  • Create high-quality copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, articles, and marketing campaigns.
  • Write compelling headlines and attention-grabbing introductions to maximize reader engagement.
  • Work closely with managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align content with brand and business objectives.
  • Develop long-form content such as white papers, case studies, technical blogs, and research reports.
  • Craft persuasive short-form content for product pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ads.
  • Produce engaging social media content tailored for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist in internal communication by creating newsletters, company updates, and employee-focused materials.
  • Create sales enablement content such as brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, and product presentations.
  • Maintain a well-structured content calendar that aligns with campaign timelines and strategic goals.
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all channels and materials.
  • Edit and proofread content with a keen eye for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Any degree with strong communication and writing skills (a background in English, Journalism, or Communications is a plus).
  • 2+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in digital marketing or tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword placement, and content optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of published work across digital channels.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, and tone adaptability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple writing projects with competing deadlines.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content collaboration platforms.
  • Experience working with B2B or SaaS/Tech companies is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to produce fact-based, insightful content.
  • Ability to align content creation with marketing and business goals.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
