About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across search, social, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate has strong technical SEO knowledge, hands-on experience with performance campaigns, and a creative mindset to grow traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical)

  • Conduct keyword research and create SEO content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and URL structures.
  • Regularly perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawl errors, indexation, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, mobile-friendliness, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
  • Implement and manage off-page SEO (backlink strategy, outreach, local listings, directories).
  • Optimize for local SEO (Google Business Profile, local citations, NAP consistency, reviews management).
  • Track rankings and organic performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

2. Performance & Paid Media

  • Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
  • Assist with or manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROAS, and recommend optimization actions.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences.

3. Content & Social Media Support

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to brief and optimize SEO-friendly blog articles, landing pages, and website copy.
  • Provide SEO guidelines for social media captions, video descriptions, and campaign creatives.
  • Suggest content topics based on keyword and competitor research.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking via Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.
  • Create regular performance reports on traffic, rankings, leads, and campaign results, with clear insights and action points.
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends to identify new opportunities.

5. Strategy & Collaboration

  • Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy (SEO, PPC, social, email, funnels).
  • Work closely with design, development, and sales teams to ensure alignment between traffic, user experience, and conversion goals.
  • Stay up to date with SEO algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • On-page, technical, and off-page SEO
  • Google Search Console & Google Analytics (GA4)
  • At least one major SEO tool (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
  • Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
  • Solid understanding of CPC campaigns, funnels, and lead generation.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured (for SEO implementation).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
