We are looking for a strategic and creative SEO & Social Media Specialist – Branding & Promotions to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across all major social media platforms, SEO strategies, branding campaigns, and online networking techniques to build strong market presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: SEO & Website Optimization
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
- Conduct regular keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink audits, and content optimization.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are followed across the website and landing pages.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Manage and grow presence on all major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, etc.
- Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with the brand’s voice.
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native platform tools.
- Engage actively with followers, respond to queries, and foster a strong online community.
Branding & Promotional Campaigns
- Develop and execute brand awareness and product promotion campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators for visual and written branding material.
- Organize digital promotions, giveaways, contests, influencer collaborations, and viral marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Sales Lead Generation & Customer Outreach
- Generate high-quality leads through social media, online communities, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital networking strategies.
- Utilize paid advertising and organic strategies to capture leads and drive conversions.
- Set up and manage social media ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, etc.) targeting relevant audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation with business goals and funnel strategies.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track KPIs including: reach, engagement, website traffic, conversion rates, leads generated, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, product, sales, and customer service.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SEO, social media, branding, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of lead generation and campaign success through online platforms.
- Expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Proficiency in social media scheduling/analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong knowledge of content trends, viral marketing tactics, and storytelling.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
