About the Role
The SEO Associate, Member Acquisition plays a key role in managing Eleanor Health’s organic search initiatives designed to acquire new members (patients). This role acts as the internal project manager for bottom of the funnel search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, ensuring timely communication and feedback with our agency partner and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with agency or in-house experience looking to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do

Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for our SEO agency, ensuring timely feedback, approvals, and deliverable completion.

Project Management: Oversee execution of SEO strategic roadmap, keeping internal stakeholders aligned on timelines and progress.

Content Collaboration: Partner closely with our Content Strategist to provide keyword insights and ensure that all new blog posts and website content are optimized for search before they are published.

Local SEO & Directory Management: Support the optimization of our Google Business Profile listings for our physical clinic locations, including updating information, responding to reviews (in coordination with our MarComm team), and utilizing features like Google Posts.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key SEO performance indicators, including keyword rankings, organic traffic to key pages, and, most importantly, the number of leads and members generated from the organic search channel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to support ongoing improvements.
Who You Are
-
2–3 years of experience in SEO, preferably with an agency or in-house marketing team.

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of content management systems (WordPress preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:

Experience with healthcare or highly regulated industries.

Strong understanding of local SEO.

Experience using SEO for new member acquisition.
Compensation & Benefits
The total annual target compensation range for this position is $68,000-75,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
