Our psychiatric practice is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media & Digital Content Specialist with a strong foundation in SEO and experience leveraging AI tools to enhance digital engagement. The ideal candidate will be fluent in platforms such as WordPress and SiteGround, and passionate about promoting mental health services through ethical, informative, and accessible content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to increase visibility and engagement
• Create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and digital campaigns using keyword research and performance analytics
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, ideation, and optimization
• Maintain and update the practice’s website via WordPress, ensuring performance, accessibility, and compliance
• Manage hosting and backend configurations through SiteGround, including plugin updates, backups, and security protocols
• Monitor and report on digital performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure messaging aligns with our therapeutic values and services
• Stay current on SEO algorithm changes, AI innovations, and digital trends relevant to healthcare

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media strategy, SEO, and digital content creation REQUIRED
• Proficiency in WordPress and SiteGround, including basic site maintenance and optimization REQUIRED
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content development and SEO enhancement REQUIRED
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and compliance in healthcare communication
• Familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive content and ethical standards in mental health marketing
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or healthcare settings PREFERRED
• Basic graphic design or video editing capabilities
• Understanding of patient engagement strategies and digital accessibility standards
• REQUIRED: MUST LIVE IN BOCA RATON OR SURROUNDING CITIES
