SEO Content Team Lead

About the Role
SeeBiz is looking for an experienced SEO Content Team Lead to drive content strategy, improve organic visibility, and manage a team of content writers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SEO Content team to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Develop and execute SEO-focused content strategies and editorial calendars.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
• Create content briefs and guide writers on SEO best practices.
• Review, edit, and optimize content for quality, readability, and search performance.
• Manage content updates, optimization, and content audit initiatives.
• Monitor content performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, Design, and Development teams.
• Track content KPIs, team productivity, and content quality standards.
• Train and mentor content writers and junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO content, content strategy, or content management.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush.
• Excellent editing, communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Semantic SEO and AI-driven search optimization.
• Experience in B2B Marketplace, SaaS, or E-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of content audits, content pruning, CRO, and basic HTML/CMS workflows.

Office Timing:
9:00 AM - 6:00PM
