We are now hiring a professional SEO Content Writer who can write engaging, user-focused, and Google-optimized content for our taxi service pages, blogs, landing pages, and location-based service posts.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer (3–5 years) who specializes in SEO-based website content. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of published articles that rank on Google, particularly in travel, transport, or local business niches.

You will be responsible for writing, editing, and optimizing web content that drives organic traffic, improves conversions, and enhances our local SEO presence across major UK airport taxi keywords (e.g., Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write SEO-optimized website content, landing pages, and blog posts related to airport transfers, taxi services, and UK travel routes.
• Create keyword-rich, user-friendly, and conversion-focused content that ranks on Google.
• Write location-based landing pages for major UK cities and airports (e.g., “Leicester to Heathrow Taxi”).
• Collaborate with the SEO and digital marketing team to identify keyword opportunities and optimize content structure (H1, H2, meta tags, schema, internal linking, etc.).
• Ensure all content meets E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines.
• Research competitors and create content that performs better in search rankings.
• Write meta titles, descriptions, FAQs, headings, and call-to-actions for each service page.
• Maintain brand voice, grammar accuracy, and readability standards.
• Regularly update existing website pages to keep them fresh and aligned with Google’s algorithm updates.
• Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, or Google Search Console for performance tracking and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO content writing, preferably for transportation, travel, or service-based websites.
• Strong portfolio of published, Google-ranking content (please share links in your application).
• Excellent understanding of on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and search intent writing.
• Ability to write long-form content (1,000–2,000+ words) optimized for readability and engagement.
• Familiarity with Custom CMS or other CMS platforms.
• Experience in writing for both users and search engines—balancing creativity with technical SEO.
• Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and structured content creation.
• Strong command of English grammar and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with the in-house team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience writing for airport transfer, taxi, chauffeur, or travel companies.
• Understanding of UK geography and airport routes (e.g., London Heathrow, Luton, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands).
• Knowledge of search intent and local keyword targeting for city-to-airport pages.
• Proven ability to write content that converts traffic into leads or bookings.
