About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving measurable results, increasing brand visibility, and crafting data-driven marketing strategies that deliver real impact. This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across all major digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Management:
- Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and regular performance audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, landing pages, and content for search engine best practices and higher conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
- Plan and manage high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media platforms.
- Drive engagement and brand awareness through strategic social media marketing and content distribution.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling digital assets, ad copies, and campaign visuals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and ROI targets.
- Provide clear, actionable reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Trend & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative strategies to outperform competitors and strengthen brand presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO strategy, digital advertising, and content-driven marketing.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of WordPress/CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, and website optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and creative thinking abilities with a results-driven mindset.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Google Ads/Analytics, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
