Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Executive with a digital marketing mix skill set to support our online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, content optimization, basic performance marketing, and social media support, with a strong understanding of current digital trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO (Primary Role)

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO planning
• Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, content optimization)
• Support technical SEO activities (site audits, indexing issues, page speed coordination)
• Execute off-page SEO activities (link building, citations, outreach)
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports

Digital Marketing (Secondary / Mix Role)

• Support content marketing initiatives (blogs, landing pages, website content)
• Assist in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Coordinate with design/content teams for campaign execution
• Assist in basic paid campaigns (Google Ads / Social Ads – if required)
• Track campaign performance and suggest optimization improvements
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or related field
• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google algorithms
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Canva
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing & online campaigns
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Exposure to Google Ads / Meta Ads
• Agency or IT company experience
