We’re seeking a data-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to help improve our search rankings, analyze digital performance, and drive qualified leads. The Role
This is a part-time position that starts in-office for hands-on collaboration and onboarding, with the potential to transition to hybrid/remote days based on performance. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute SEO strategies, track results, and improve both organic and paid search performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- SEO Strategy & Optimization: Conduct keyword research, perform technical audits, and implement on-page optimizations to improve search rankings.
- Paid Ads Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
- Content Optimization: Assist in the creation or refinement of SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
- Social Media Updates: Manage and update our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to ensure they stay relevant and active. This includes posting updates, event highlights, and other content as needed to maintain a strong online presence.
- Website Updates: Upload and format content in WordPress or similar CMS, ensuring everything is SEO-optimized and user-friendly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- KPI Tracking: Ensure all metrics are tracked and aligned with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and paid search campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and SEMrush or similar.
- Ability to update and manage websites using WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write and optimize content for SEO.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Experience with local SEO, especially for event-based businesses
- Background in events, AV, or B2B services
KPIs & Success Metrics
We’ll measure success based on:
- Improved Keyword Rankings: Targeted search terms moving up in rankings.
- Organic Traffic Growth: Increases in qualified website traffic.
- Paid Ads Conversion: Paid campaigns generating qualified leads and efficient CPL (cost per lead).
- Conversion Metrics: More form submissions, calls, and inquiries.
- Clear Reporting: Accurate monthly reports with clear recommendations for ongoing improvements.
