About the Job
We are seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Strategist who can drive both organic and paid digital growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO strategy, lead generation, paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), outreach SEO, and digital PR.
You’ll play a key role in increasing our online visibility, generating qualified leads, managing sponsored campaigns, and strengthening our brand’s digital authority.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. SEO & Content Optimization
- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Create backlink strategies through outreach and PR collaborations.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
2. Paid Media & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage ad budgets, targeting strategies, and performance metrics to achieve lead-generation goals.
- Create and test sponsored ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign funnels.
3. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
- Build data-driven lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align strategies with conversion objectives.
- Measure ROI and prepare detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
4. Digital Outreach & PR
- Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations for brand mentions and backlinks.
- Manage outreach SEO campaigns and track link-building effectiveness.
- Coordinate with publishers, bloggers, and PR partners for digital visibility.
5. Strategy & Innovation
- Identify new digital trends, tools, and automation opportunities to enhance performance.
- Suggest creative growth strategies and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and keyword tools.
- Proven experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
- Prior experience in SEO-focused lead generation or media buying preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹38,788.26 - ₹176,929.86 per month
