SEO Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO Manager to take full ownership of our search engine optimization department. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and adapting all SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of 45+ clients. Your primary objective will be to deliver measurable results and growth. A key part of this position involves direct client communication; you must be adept at confidently analyzing performance data and clearly reporting on both successes and challenges. You will also lead a team of 4 SEO specialists, organizing monthly task sprints, overseeing their work for quality, and fostering their professional development.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker with their finger on the pulse of the industry, particularly in emerging SEO and AIO (AI Optimization) developments. You must have the leadership skills to analyze new trends and effectively persuade the team to pivot strategies when necessary. This is a remote (work-from-home) position with a start date of January 1, 2026. Candidates must reside in the general Salt Lake City area or be able to reliably commute to our South Jordan office for mandatory in-person meetings twice a month. The starting salary for this position is $60,000.
