  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to support our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and a passion for driving organic growth. You will assist in planning and executing SEO strategies to increase search engine rankings and web traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform keyword research to identify content opportunities and target search terms.
  • Optimize existing website content and meta tags (title, description, headings).
  • Assist in developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content).
  • Assist in building high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions.
  • Collaborate with content writers and web developers to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field)
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving
  • measurable results in organic search performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search
  • Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development concepts preferred.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are desirable but not required.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as:
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz
  • Screaming Frog (basic)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience working in the industrial or machinery manufacturing sector.
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation strategies through organic channels.
  • Basic knowledge of paid search (Google Ads) and other digital marketing channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
