We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to support our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles and a passion for driving organic growth. You will assist in planning and executing SEO strategies to increase search engine rankings and web traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research to identify content opportunities and target search terms.
- Optimize existing website content and meta tags (title, description, headings).
- Assist in developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content).
- Assist in building high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directory submissions.
- Collaborate with content writers and web developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field)
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving
- measurable results in organic search performance.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search
- Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development concepts preferred.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are desirable but not required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in SEO and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz
- Screaming Frog (basic)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience working in the industrial or machinery manufacturing sector.
- Understanding of B2B lead generation strategies through organic channels.
- Basic knowledge of paid search (Google Ads) and other digital marketing channels.
