About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team at Innovations Beyond. In this role, you’ll not only plan and implement SEO strategies but also rework and optimize website content yourself to improve visibility, traffic, and rankings.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Rework and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to align with SEO best practices.
• Implement on-page SEO updates (meta tags, headings, URLs, schema, alt texts, internal linking).
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, speed, and indexing.
• Manage off-page activities such as link building, guest posting, and outreach.
• Track, measure, and report keyword rankings, traffic growth, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and apply new strategies where required.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Ability to independently edit, update, and optimize website content for both SEO and readability.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Strong written English skills for content editing and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• SEO certifications are an added advantage.
