SEO Executive

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who can strengthen our brand’s digital presence through strategic backlinking, website optimization, and online reputation management. The role demands a mix of technical expertise and creative problem-solving to ensure our website consistently ranks higher, attracts qualified traffic, and maintains authority in search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page Optimization:
• Optimize website elements including titles, meta descriptions, header tags, images, and internal linking.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, page speed, mobile-friendliness).
• Off-Page SEO & Backlinking:
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
• Monitor and remove toxic backlinks to safeguard website reputation.
• Website Ranking & Analytics:
• Research and track keyword rankings, implement strategies to improve SERP visibility.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to measure performance and generate reports.
• Content & Reputation Management:
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Support online reputation by monitoring brand mentions, reviews, and maintaining consistency across digital platforms.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.
• Recommend new strategies for traffic growth, conversions, and domain authority.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in SEO with a focus on backlink building and website ranking.
• Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures for SEO adjustments.
• Strong communication skills for outreach and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
