We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive to join our team and help optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and analytics. You will be responsible for improving the website’s organic search rankings, driving traffic, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research & Analysis:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords for website optimization.
- Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to analyze competition.
- On-Page SEO:
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for better search rankings.
- Perform technical audits to identify and resolve website issues (e.g., page load speed, crawl errors, mobile optimization).
- Ensure website compliance with search engine algorithms and guidelines.
- Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Submit websites to relevant directories and create backlinks using ethical techniques.
- Manage guest blogging and influencer outreach.
- Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content.
- Optimize existing content and landing pages to target specific keywords.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs such as organic traffic, ranking improvements, and conversion rates.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitor research to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Collaboration:
- Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute strategies effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of additional marketing channels like social media and email marketing.
