SEO Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled SEO Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing websites for higher search engine rankings and possess expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. This role requires a proactive and teachable individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

• On-page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
• Off-page SEO: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and organic traffic.
• Technical SEO: Conduct audits to identify and resolve technical issues impacting website performance, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl errors.
• Keyword Research: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify new content creation and optimization opportunities.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the content development process.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Skill Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a demonstrable track record of improving website rankings.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced industry.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new SEO strategies and techniques.
