SEO Executive

MY Equipment is seeking a Junior SEO Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing SEO strategies that drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition. MY Equipment's mission is to simplify the customer experience through strategic innovation, experience design, and technology.

The Junior SEO Executive will have the opportunity to work on 2 projects of the company targeting a niche, help create new concepts that bring the customer journey to life through web, UX, and experience design, and contribute to making visitors happy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Optimize website metadata, such as page titles and descriptions, to improve search engine rankings and click-through rates.
• Perform ongoing site audits to identify technical issues that may negatively impact website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase website authority and drive referral traffic.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Keep up to date with industry developments and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all aspects of website design and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year experience managing SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
