Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SEO activities for a minimum of 10 projects simultaneously.
- Conduct website audits and prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights.
- Implement and monitor On-Page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure improvements.
- Perform Technical SEO analysis and ensure all technical parameters are optimized for search engines (Core Web Vitals, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, etc.).
- Develop and execute Off-Page SEO strategies including quality backlink building and free guest posting opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
- Prepare and present monthly SEO reports showcasing ranking improvements, traffic growth, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure consistent performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Proven expertise in free guest posting and quality backlink creation.
- Experience in preparing audit reports and monthly performance reports.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Good to Have:
- Basic understanding of content marketing and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
