About the Role
We are seeking an SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of practical experience and a strong focus on Off-Page SEO and authority growth.
The role requires a professional who can plan, execute, and manage link-building, outreach, digital PR, and brand authority initiatives
helping clients achieve measurable improvements in domain authority, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
You’ll collaborate closely with content strategists, outreach teams, and analytics specialists to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Off-Page SEO (Primary Focus)
Link-Building & Outreach:
Develop and execute white-hat link-building campaigns through guest posting, blogger outreach, and partnerships with high-authority sites.
Digital PR & Content Promotion:
Promote linkable assets, secure media mentions, and convert unlinked brand mentions into backlinks through effective PR coordination.
Local SEO & Citations:
Manage Google Business Profile and local listings to enhance local search visibility and ensure consistent NAP information across directories.
Competitor & Reputation Analysis:
Analyze competitor backlinks and market trends to identify link opportunities; monitor brand mentions and reviews to strengthen online reputation.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track backlink growth, authority metrics, and referral traffic using tools like Ahref and SEMrush, providing monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
On-Page SEO
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and mapping for target pages.
Optimize meta titles, descriptions, header tags (H1–H6), and internal linking structure.
Conduct regular technical audits (crawl errors, indexation issues, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
Optimize content for search intent, readability, and E-E-A-T factors.
Coordinate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content briefs and outlines.
Manage schema markup, structured data, and rich snippets.
Monitor and enhance site speed, mobile usability, and accessibility.
Track and report keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, and engagement metrics.
