Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve brand visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, mapping and gap analysis, focusing on branding and service-related terms to attract relevant audiences.
- Optimize website pages, blog posts, and service content for better ranking and engagement.
- Help create content calendars and strategies (pillar & clusters, hub & spokes, etc.).
- Create and execute a link-building strategy.
- Perform periodic SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report website performance metrics such as traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency or software house (branding-focused, not e-commerce).
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with keyword research, link-building strategies, and SEO performance tracking.
- Up-to-date with evolving SEO trends and best practices.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
