We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a strong understanding of content optimization and search engine algorithms.

As an SEO Executive, you will play a critical role in driving organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and maximizing online visibility for our clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices.
  • Execute on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema markup, etc.
  • Implement off-page SEO strategies including link building, guest posting, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to align SEO strategies with creative assets.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization).
  • Track and report key SEO metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends.

Performance Metrics / KPIs

The success of this role will be measured against:

  • Organic Traffic Growth: Month-over-month increase in website visitors from organic search.
  • Keyword Rankings: Improvement in SERP positions for targeted keywords.
  • Domain Authority / Backlink Quality: Growth in high-quality referring domains.
  • Conversion Rate from Organic Traffic: Increased leads/sales attributed to SEO efforts.
  • Bounce Rate & Dwell Time: Improved engagement metrics on optimized pages.
  • Technical SEO Health Score: Fewer crawl errors and improved Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
