About the Position
Renexus Resource is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our expanding digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in modern SEO practices and a proven ability to enhance organic visibility, keyword rankings, and overall search performance.

You will be working on multiple service-based websites across international markets, including the US, UK, UAE, Pakistan, and more. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience across on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth website audits to identify opportunities for technical, on-page, and off-page improvements.
• Analyze competitors to understand their ranking strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective content strategies aimed at improving organic traffic and keyword performance.
• Collaborate with writers and content teams to ensure SEO-aligned, high-quality content delivery.
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices in new features and code updates.
• Manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and online visibility.
• Perform detailed keyword research to support content development and structural improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawling, and indexing.
• Apply basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support technical SEO enhancements.
• Keep pace with algorithm updates, SEO trends, and emerging industry practices.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights, progress metrics, and action recommendations.
• Oversee SEO activities for multiple regional, service-based websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience in all core areas (on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO).
• Proficiency with key SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Moz.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of ranking factors, search engine behavior, and industry best practices.
• Proven success in boosting organic rankings and traffic.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving SEO landscapes and algorithm changes.
