SEO Executive

About the Role

Benzene Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. If you are passionate about improving search visibility, experimenting with strategies, and driving measurable growth, this role is perfect for you. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to execute impactful SEO initiatives across our digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP evaluation.
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with content teams to align SEO strategies with content plans.
• Plan, manage, and execute link-building and other off-page SEO activities.
• Track and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
• Work on schema markup, structured data implementation, and local SEO optimization.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure strong technical SEO hygiene (site speed, crawlability, mobile responsiveness, indexation, etc.).

Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of Google ranking algorithms and technical SEO principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience in eCommerce SEO or local SEO campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools such as Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.
• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and social SEO trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
