We’re looking for a deeply strategic, data-driven Senior SEO, AEO & Digital Growth Strategist to own the organic growth engine across SEO, AEO (AI Search Optimization), technical SEO, content architecture, analytics, and cross-platform discovery. You understand how users find and trust information across search engines, AI-driven surfaces (SGE/AI Overviews), social search, communities, and emerging discovery layers. You think like a strategist, analyze like a growth scientist, and communicate like a consultant operating across research, strategy, execution alignment, validation, and continuous improvement.

Lead technical discovery and research across search engines, social search, and AI-powered discovery layers.
- Translate business and growth goals into organic search architecture, including content clusters, topic hubs, schema frameworks, entity maps, and URL structures.
- Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, competitor benchmarking, and content gap studies to guide strategy.
- Map full-funnel user journeys and identify content opportunities at each stage of awareness, consideration, and decision.
- Drive end-to-end SEO, AEO, and cross-platform discoverability strategy across search, AI Overviews, SGE, and social search environments.
- Architect content systems through topic clusters, hubs, and SEO/AEO-ready briefs while supporting content optimization, consolidation, and refresh efforts.
- Lead discovery and optimization for platforms like TikTok, Reddit, YouTube Search, communities, and zero-click environments, ensuring “search everywhere” visibility.
- Own organic strategy and roadmapping, prioritizing initiatives using impact frameworks and aligning SEO/AEO with product, content, and GTM plans.
- Lead technical SEO and migration efforts from planning through launch and stabilization, including redirects, staging validation, indexation, CWV improvements, and structured data optimization.
- Oversee analytics, experiments, and dashboards, including GA4 setup, KPI monitoring, Looker Studio reporting, and insight synthesis for decision-making.
- Present audits, strategies, roadmaps, and experiment results to clients and senior stakeholders, simplifying complex technical and AI concepts.
- Partner cross-functionally with developers, UX, content, PM, and leadership teams to ensure aligned and high-quality execution.

Strong technical SEO expertise in audits, crawlability, indexation, CWV, structured data, performance, and tools like GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, plus experience with sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, and regex redirects.
- Understanding of AEO, AI Overviews/SGE, LLM citation patterns, answer engines, schema and entity optimization, metadata frameworks, and llms.txt, with the ability to benchmark and improve AI-layer visibility.
- Ability to design topic clusters, hubs, entity maps, and full-funnel content systems, map intent to strategy, identify gaps, and produce SEO + AEO-ready briefs.
- Proven leadership in full-site migrations including planning, execution, validation, redirects, indexation, domain changes, redesigns, and high-risk SEO transitions.
- Advanced analytics skills with GA4 and Looker Studio, forecasting, experimentation, and translating insights into clear business recommendations.
- Experience optimizing visibility across TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, forums, social search, and emerging AI-driven discovery layers.
- Ability to build 6–12 month organic roadmaps using prioritization frameworks, forecasting models, and cross-functional alignment.
- Strong communication and leadership with the ability to simplify technical concepts and collaborate across UX, dev, PM, content, and executive teams.

- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or custom systems, and tools like Sitebulb, Lighthouse, and PageSpeed Insights, plus comfort exploring AI-enabled SEO tools.
- Background in backlink audits, toxicity checks, disavows, and authority benchmarking.
- Ability to refine metadata, structured data, and guide writers or agencies without owning long-form content creation.
- Experience aligning SEO with brand, product, and GTM strategies, plus exposure to full-funnel marketing or growth experimentation.
- Strong soft skills including calm decision-making, proactive communication, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects independently.
