SEO Executive

About the Role

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven and enthusiastic SEO Executive / Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and implementing effective SEO strategies across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage complete SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
• Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages to improve search rankings and user experience.
• Implement on-page SEO techniques including meta tags, URL optimization, internal linking, and content structuring.
• Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues related to indexing, crawling, site speed, and mobile optimization.
• Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.
• Coordinate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in SEO (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure, and content optimization.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
