Job Description :

An SEO Executive is responsible for improving a website's organic search visibility, driving traffic, and increasing conversions through on-page, off-page, and technical optimization. Key duties include keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, backlink building, and monitoring performance via tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

key responsibilities of a SEO Executive :

  • Keyword Research & Strategy :Conducting in-depth research to identify high-value, short-tail, and long-tail keywords to target.
  • On-Page SEO :Optimizing website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, and header tags for improved ranking.
  • Technical SEO : Identifying and resolving issues related to crawl errors, site speed, broken links, and site structure.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building :Executing strategies to build high-quality backlinks and increase domain authority.
  • Content Optimization :Collaborating with content teams to create SEO-friendly, valuable content.
  • Reporting & Analytics :Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on website performance, traffic, and rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Competitor Analysis :Analyzing competitor strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and images for better search engine visibility.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, indexing, crawl errors, and mobile usability.
  • Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, and backlink analysis.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience :Proven experience as an SEO Executive, Specialist, or similar role.
  • SEO Tools :Proficiency in SEO platforms like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Technical Knowledge :Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
  • Analytical Skills :Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication :Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
