SEO Executive

Stifftech Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dedicated SEO Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies focused on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to maximize visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask sections, zero-click searches, and conversational queries.
• Improve brand presence in AI-generated search results by creating entity-rich, authoritative, and semantically structured content.
• Build topical authority through content clustering, and internal linking strategies.
• Conduct advanced technical SEO audits including crawl optimization, index management, and structured data validation.
• Optimize website architecture and content formatting to ensure AI readability and clarity for generative search engines.
• Monitor SERP features, zero-click trends, and AI visibility metrics.
• Analyze organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other advanced SEO tools to drive data-backed decisions.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO, AI-search strategy, and business growth objectives.

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

 Proven experience (1–2 years) as an SEO Executive or similar role with expertise in GEO,

AEO or AI driven search optimization.

 Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

 Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google ranking factors.

 Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword

research platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
