SEO Executive

We are looking for a Junior to mid-level SEO expert is a professional who has a solid understanding of SEO principles and practices, and who can independently manage and execute SEO strategies to improve a website's visibility in search engine results. They are proficient in tasks like keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO, and they can also analyze data and report on SEO performance. They often work within a team, collaborating with other marketers, content creators, and developers.

Job responsibilities:

· Develop and implement SEO strategies:

This includes creating and executing plans to improve a website's organic search rankings, increase traffic, and drive conversions.

· Conduct keyword research:

Identify relevant keywords and phrases that users are searching for, and incorporate them into website content and metadata.

· Optimize website content:

Improve the quality and relevance of website content, including meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and image alt text, to enhance search engine visibility.

· Perform on-page and off-page optimization:

Optimize website structure, internal linking, and content for better search engine crawling and indexing, as well as build backlinks from reputable websites.

· Monitor and analyze SEO performance:

Track key metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and report on performance to stakeholders.

· Conduct SEO audits:

Identify and address technical issues that may be hindering a website's SEO performance, such as slow page load speeds, broken links, and duplicate content.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends:

Keep abreast of the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.

· Collaborate with other teams:

Work with content creators, web developers, and other marketing team members to ensure that SEO efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

Skills:

· Technical SEO:

Understanding of website architecture, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and other technical aspects that affect SEO.

· On-page SEO:

Ability to optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and other elements for search engines and users.

· Off-page SEO:

Proficiency in link building, including acquiring backlinks from reputable websites and managing internal links.

· Keyword research:

Ability to identify relevant keywords and incorporate them into content and metadata.

· Data analysis:

Skill in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track and analyze SEO performance.

· Communication and collaboration:

Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, and to work collaboratively on SEO projects.

· Problem-solving:

Ability to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

· Content writing:

Ability to create SEO-friendly content or work with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
