SEO Expert (2–3 Years Experience):

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google algorithms, keyword research, content optimization, analytics, and link-building strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and overall website performance.

On-Page SEO

  • Conduct detailed keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for target keywords.
  • Perform on-page audits and implement improvements (meta tags, headers, schema markup, internal linking, URL structure).
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.

Technical SEO

  • Perform routine technical audits to identify issues related to crawlability, site speed, indexing, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Work with developers to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and hreflang.
  • Monitor website health via Google Search Console.

Off-Page SEO

  • Plan and execute link-building strategies (guest posts, outreach, citations, broken link building).
  • Maintain strong backlink profiles and disavow spam links when required.
  • Grow domain authority and strengthen overall online presence.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
  • Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website structure is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and create strategies based on insights.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Client Handling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in local SEO (Google My Business optimization).
  • Knowledge of content marketing and keyword funnels.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
